General Package Policy
Each package requires a $100.00 deposit.
To guarantee site availability it is recommended that all birthday reservations be made at least one week in advance.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least one (1) week in advance in order to receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than one week in advance will receive half of the deposit amount in the form of Splashway Vouchers that may be used toward the purchase of tickets, in the Treasure Cove Gift Shop or the Flamingo Cafe. Splashway will work with you to reschedule in the event of bad weather.
