Splashway Waterpark monitors the weather conditions and severe storm situations at all times with satellite radar and a lightning detector. Because safety is a top priority at Splashway, you may be asked to exit the water temporarily during severe weather conditions and report with your belongings to the covered pavilion located next to Flamingo Cafe. Once proper safety has been guaranteed, you will be allowed back into the water.
If the weather does not clear within 60 minutes from the time in which the water was evacuated, the park will close for the day and rain passes will be given at the parks exit. NO REFUNDS will be given once payment has been received.

If the park closes with less than two hours remaining in the daily operation, no passes will be issued. |

If you enter at the half price rate, after 3pm Sunday-Thursday, or after 5pm Friday & Saturday, you will receive a half-off coupon to be used another day. |

If you enter on Tuesday with the Buy 2 get 1 FREE special you would receive a Buy 1 get 1 Free coupon. |

If you enter at the general admission rate, you will receive a free day pass. |
| |
No rain passes will be issued to season pass holders. |
